1 1/4" X 1" LEFT X RIGHT RADIATOR BUSHING NPT

Right x Left Bushings are for Cast-Iron Radiators

These have 1 1/4" NPT reverse (left-hand) threads on outside of bushing & 1" NPT reduced standard (right hand) threads inside the bushing. These are generally used for connection cast-iron radiators that have connections that are left thread.

It allows for reducing a 1 1/4" Left hand male thread connection in the radiator to a 1" standard female NPT thread connection.
